Our basic per hour pricing for small sites with advanced notice. 0-500 feet. Pricing may vary depending on travel.
One Utility - 1st Hour
$350/hr
Single Utility Locating - Generally used for private electric services for homeowners.
Expedited Services
$100
For Emergency Situations (less than 24hr notice) that require an immediate response we charge an additional flat rate fee.
Multiple Utilities
$800
This includes all basic utilities: Private Electric, Gas , Cable TV, Telephone & Water.

For large site development projects
Half Day Flat Rate
$800
Reserve one of our locators for 4 hours to locate and stand by onsite with your crews to ensure safety.
Full Day Flat Rate
$1400
Reserve our locators for a full day to help with any issues that may arise as your project takes shape. This can be broken up over multiple days with planning.
We are available to help Plan and Coordinate your project from start to finish. Minimum 2 hour required.
Site Planning / Coordinating
$100/hr
For large scale projects we can assist from start to finish. This includes assistance with DigSafe, Coordinating all Utilities to ensure mark outs are completed correctly and On-Time.  We will also assist with educating and planning with your crews on site.
On Site Locating
$200/hr
Utility companies are not allowed to provide depths of their utilities by law. We Can!  After the utilities have completed their mark outs, we can help plan your dig. Our locators will create the best possible path for your project and/ or provide available depths of utilities to eliminate the guess work enabling you to save time & money!

WE LOCATE WHAT 811 DOESN'T.

Secondary Electric lines, street lighting , dog fences , well lines, water services, propane lines, and more will NOT be marked by 811. By law you must call 811 first.  However, if you have any of these utilities on your dig site you should also schedule with us to avoid delays.

We are dedicated to bringing you fast and accurate Utility Locating so you can avoid delays.  When you don't receive a positive response from them...you get one from us!

Utility companies will not mark Private lines when you call DigSafe (811).  They also do not provide you with the depths of the utilities. We Do!

We offer complete site mapping & Planning with no wait time. all utilities are marked along with depths of utilities provided, gps mapping, and site maps created. Site mapping and planning will make excavation safer.

Damage Prevention.

FAILURE TO HAVE WORK SITE MARKED PRIOR TO DIGGING CAN RESULT IN FINES OR PROPERTY DAMAGES CHARGED TO CONTRACTOR IN ADDITION TO HIGHER LABOR COSTS.

WHEN DEPTHS AND LOCATIONS OF THE LINES ARE KNOWN, CREWS CAN WORK EXPEDITIOUSLY IN AREAS THAT ARE NOT MARKED. ONLY HAND DIGGING SMALL SECTIONS AS NEEDED.

GPS Mapping & Prints.

FOR LONG TERM PLANNING AND RECORD CREATION WE CAN OFFER TO CREATE PAPER PRINTS AS WELL AS PROVIDING GPS MAPPING WHICH CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GOOGLE MAPS. ONCE THE MARK OUT IS COMPLETED AND CONFIRMED WE OFFER WE CAN PROVIDE:

1. Pictures / Video of work site 
2. Basic digital print overlay
3. Black & White Site prints for Records
4. GPS mapping overlay (Google Maps)
